The lamb biryani was a little spicy, order mild spices, and that will turn out to be medium to high spices. We also ordered lamb kadhai which was good. They gave us a unique dessert called “double meetha” or aome other name which was good as well

Came across this beautiful establishment while at the UPS Store. I am vegan and eat for my blood type so finding food out is extremely hard. I appreciate the culture and the food and this place was definitely a treat. They also have a buffet that looked very tasty. The Vegan options are in GREEN! When looking on the menu, the food was cooked to order. This option was $12.99 check the pictures. It was very delicious

I recently visited Golconda Nawab and had their chili fish along with fried rice and noodles — and it was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were amazing, and honestly, I have never tasted anything like this before in Detroit. Every dish was perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of authentic taste. The restaurant owner was personally there, and he was very nice, polite, and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are in Detroit and love delicious food, this place is a must-try! I will definitely be coming back again!

Food was absolutely out of this world. I decided to try something new on door dash and seen this restaurant in alternative category. This was one of the best choices I’ve made!! The food is absolutely out of this world, flavors are powerful and satisfying. They also give you a lot of protein and are honest with the portions! I honestly would say this is some of the best food I ever ate. I mean I had a little bit of everything, naan, chicken tikka masala, samosas, andhra chicken curry, chicken biryani a butter chicken rice bowl. I kid you not everything was 10/10. This place will be a reoccurring spot for me and my family for sure. I recommend this spot for sure!

Astoria makes good Indian food. I really enjoyed this. The food tasted delicious! I love Biryani.... Their Lamb Biryani had strong flavor! It's medium size, so enough to feel full. I also enjoyed the Shrimp Hakka Noodles! It's mild, spicy, buttery stir fry. And.. Samosas are always good. Samosas & Naan just go well together. Really great service. I find that everything arrived hot, & I appreciate the way they packaged the food together to maintain the temperature for delivery. Overall: I would get more food from Astoria in the future. 4 stars | ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing food it was outstanding and staff were very friendly. Place is very clean and the environment was really nice. Highly recommend everyone to come try them out.

Had tried three biryanis and liked the boneless chicken biryani compared to 555 and vijayawada - the salan is worst and watery didn’t have taste -

Wow. I used to live in Dearborn so I recall various restaurants in this spot over the years. Not sure if owners have ever changed but I went back today and what a difference. The food was totally excellent. Hyderabadi chef and the chicken dum biryani was excellent, bone in and the chicken was moist, tender and not at all dry. Mirapai kodi appetizer is 10/10.! ordered it “Indian level spicy” and it was perfect. Gobi sambar rice bowl has a great flavor in the sambar, I was really happy. It’s a great comfort food. If I could recommend anything it’s that app mirapai kodi (chicken) app “Indian spicy” level. Edit: I also ordered mirapai kodi biryani a different day since writing this, also recommend. It’s been a long time since I was here. Will definitely be back. The chicken photo was after I dug into it so apologies but I couldn’t hold myself back lol.
